In April 2012, all UOW General Staff received a 2% pay increase. In September 2012, we will receive another 2.25% pay increase.
This was negotiated by your colleagues in the UOW CPSU.
It cost’s a few dollars a week to become a member of the UOW-CPSU but it’s easily worth it. Non-unionised workplaces, such as UOW College, have much lower pay and poorer conditions.
